Niche Consulting Ltd was established in 2005, drawing on the expertise of Neisha Voot, a Registered Psychologist and who is a leader in the field of organisational psychology, leadership behaviour and development.

Our Team

Neisha Voot

Our director, Neisha Voot has been working as an Organisational Psychologist for the past 12 years and prior to that worked in HR and management positions. Neisha has been a NZ Registered Psychologist since 1998 and as well as holding a Masters in Psychology (Honours), she has completed a Diploma of Business Studies in Personnel Management and Employee Relations.  She spent 5 years at Morgan & Banks (now Hudson) and set-up the Assessment practice at Grafton Consulting Group.  She is passionate about psychometric assessments and has a strong analytical bent, as well as a focus on continual improvement and innovation.

Traci Pleydell

Traci Pleydell is our Office and Test Administration Manager. She has strong organisational skills and organises all of our test administration, and manages the Niche office.  Traci liaises with our clients and candidates, and ensures all the systems and processes run smoothly.       Traci has completed papers in Human Resources, Communication, Management, IT, and a Social and Individual Psychology paper.
